This vinaigrette couldn't be easier with only 2 ingredients. Ingredients:
1 cup oil-and-vinegar dressing |
1 (5.2-ounce) jar roasted red bell peppers, drained |
Directions:
1. Process dressing and roasted peppers in a blender or food processor until smooth. 2. Note: For testing purposes only, we used Newman's Own Olive Oil & Vinegar dressing. |
