Roasted Peanut Carmel Tart

I delicious desert ,always a big hit at partys
Ingredients:
for the tart
i refrig pie crust pressed into a 10 x 4 in tart pan with a removeable bottom
for the filling
1 stick of butter
3/4 cup of brown sugar
2 tlsp of white sugar
3 tlsp of honey
1/4 cup of heavy cream
3 cups of lightly salted honey roasted peanuts
preheat oven at 350
Directions:
1. Combined the first 4 ingredients, in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer ,
2. Stirring over med heat for about 4 mins – or until candy thermometer reads 240 or 245
3. Remove from heat and add cream, stir to blend , then add the nuts and blend toughly and coat well
4. Pour into the tart pan and spread evenly – bake at 350 for 15 to 25 mins or until crust is brown – let cool completely
