Roasted Parmesan Rosemary Potatoes |

Delicious and crispy potatoes that smell wonderful. Great for any occasion and super easy! Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds new potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces |
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil |
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary |
salt and ground black pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. 2. Mix potatoes, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, and rosemary in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Spread potato mixture over prepared baking sheet. 3. Bake in preheated oven until potatoes are golden brown and tender, stirring once, about 40 minutes. |
