Easy and delicious roasted olives and cherry tomatoes. Ingredients:
1 c each of 3 types of olives |
1 pint cherry tomatoes |
1 tbs herbes de provence |
8 whole garlic cloves |
1/4 c olive oil1/4 tsp black pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lay out all the ingredients on a sheet pan and toss to combine. Roast the mixture in the oven for 15 to 20 mins or till the tomatoes are shriveled and lightly browned. 2. Cool mixture on the sheet pan and you're done.
