Ingredients:
2 pounds red new potatoes |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 tablespoon dried oregano |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, coat potatoes with oil; sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper. 2. Spread out on a baking sheet and bake in a 375 degree preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes until golden. |
