Ingredients:
1 pound new potatoes, quartered |
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Toss all ingredients together, and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 450° for 20 minutes or until tender. |
