I havent tried this one but ive heard its excllent, if anyone out there does try this id love to know what you thought. Ingredients:
5 1/2 lbs moose roast |
1 cup vinegar or 1 cup white wine |
1 cup water |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Marinate moose over night in 1 C water and 1 C vinegar. 2. Season with black pepper and salt. 3. Bake 3 1/2 -4 hours at 325 degrees. |
