Roasted Marjoram And Balsamic Cauliflower |

I know there are a lot of roasted cauliflower recipes on GR, but a quick search didn't find any with this combination of flavors. Roasted cauliflower is my favorite and I added the baby carrots for the color contrast. Read more . Other veggies would work just as well. Ingredients:
1 medium head cauliflower, broken or cut into florets |
1 cup baby carrots |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 teaspoon dried marjoram |
salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste |
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 2. Combine cauliflower florets, carrots, olive oil, marjoram and s & p in large bowl. Toss to coat evenly. 3. Transfer to rimmed baking sheet (to save on cleanup, line the sheet with foil and lightly spray with cooking spray). Roast for 15-20 minutes. 4. Sprinkle with balsamic and stir. Return to oven and continue to roast approximately 10 more minutes, stirring several times. 5. Don't worry - the dark areas that form are not burnt. Just caramelization which adds to the flavor! |
