Roasted Maple Dijon Brussel Sprouts |

The sweetness of the maple syrup counter balances the strength of the mustard and the tartness of the vinegar. Ingredients:
2 servings of brussel sprouts |
1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard |
1 tbs maple syrup |
1 tbs aged balsamic vinegar |
1 tbs olive oil |
salt / pepper |
Directions:
1. Set oven to 400. 2. Trim sprouts and cut the larger ones in half. 3. Stir together the mustard, syrup, vinegar, oil salt and pepper in a bowl. Toss sprouts with glaze and coat well. Spray or oil baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, or until done, tossing once. |
