Very simple and yummy recipie. Ingredients:
10 small red potatoes |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2/3 cup fresh lemon juice |
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Clean potatoes, slice in half, making them the same size. Put into a big bowl, add all ingridients and mix well. Bake in 200 degree oven for 1 to 2 hours. |
