Roasted Kale with lemon

Ingredients:
2 bunch(es) kale cleaned & dried
1-2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
pinch(s) salt to taste
1 lemon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. Use a large baking sheet (cover with tin foil - optional) Tear ends of stems off kale (they are the most bitter part of the kale) and discard. Tear or roughly chop kale. Add oil, salt and squeeze lemon over top and toss to coat all of the leaves. Spread evenly over the baking sheet and bake for approx 15-20 or until kale becomes crispy (be careful not to burn it.)
