Very good dish serves with corn bread Ingredients:
500 g pork, rib |
6 tbsp honey |
1/4 cup garlic |
2 tbsp soy sauce |
1 tbsp vinegar |
1 tsp baking soda |
1 tbsp sweet and sour sauce |
2 tsp pepper |
Directions:
1. boil the water 2. put pork rib to boil for 15 minutes (too make pork rib more soften after roast) 3. mince the garlic 4. mix all the ingredient together, except pork rib 5. put boiled pork rib in wet ingredient, left over night 6. use 190c to bake for 40 - 45 minute (flip top side of pork rib down at minute of 20) |
