Roasted Halibut Fillets with Salsa Verde |

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons capers |
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil |
3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves |
3 tablespoons chopped parsley leaves |
1 tablespoon chopped shallot |
juice of 1 lemon |
salt and pepper |
2 (4 to 6-ounce) halibut fillets, roasted, using your favorite method |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except the halibut. Spoon some of the salsa over the fish and serve. |
