Ingredients:
3 green peppers (or red peppers) |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese |
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt |
1 dash black pepper |
Directions:
1. On a cookie sheet, broil in 450 degree oven, green peppers until. 2. roasted and blistered on all sides- about 10 minutes. Wrap in. 3. clean towel until skin is removed.
