Roasted Green Beans With Peppers & Onions

A quick and easy way to serve up green beans and onions, with peppers - so delicious!! You can substitute Zesty Italian Dressing for the Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing.
Ingredients:
1 lb green beans, ends trimmed (frozen or fresh)
1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
1 yellow pepper, cut into thin strips
1 large onion, cut into thin strips
1/3 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (part skimmed)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F Toss vegetables with dressing in large roasting pan.
2. Bake 30 minutes, or until vegetables are very tender, stirring after 15 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
