Roasted Green Beans With Fresh Garlic |

My favorite way of preparing veggies is roasting....and this one is perfect! It could be kicked up a bit with a bit of red pepper flakes - or - chili oil Ingredients:
1 lb green beans, trimmed |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450. 2. Toss green beans with olive oil on large rimmed baking sheet. Roast until browned and almost tender, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes. 3. Sprinkle beans with garlic, salt, and pepper; toss to combine. 4. Comtinue roasting until beans are tender, about 2 minutes longer. |
