A friend of mine shared this recipe with my organization, Personal Chefs Network, and all the chefs love it and so do the clients. She said: I found this recipe in Andrea Chesman's The Roasted Vegetable cookbook, and I don't know what took me so long to try it. Read more .....this would make a GREAT side dish for a client, and they were DELICIOUS. Simply roasting the beans brought out a beautiful flavor, and they were decadent. They also looked beautiful, so they would make a nice dinner party presentation. Ingredients:
1.5 lbs. green beans, trimmed |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
kosher salt |
black pepper, freshly ground |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Roast beans for about 10-15 minutes or until tips brown. 2. Could it be easier? |
