Roasted Garlic Spicy Mayo |

I'm not a huge fan of mayo but I love this simple recipe on sandwiches! Ingredients:
1 small head of garlic |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 2. Slice the top 1/3 of the garlic head off. Drizzle the exposed cloves with olive oil. Add salt and pepper. Wrap loosely in foil and bake in oven for about 30 - 40 minutes until the cloves are golden and soft. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes. 3. Once garlic is cool squeeze the cloves out. Mix with salt and pepper to make a paste. Add mayo and sriracha. Enjoy! |
