Our version of roasted garlic potatoes is easier and tastier than other versions because it uses chicken broth that's already been infused with roasted garlic -- the results are moist and flavorful. Ingredients:
11 medium potatoes, thinly sliced |
1 (14 ounce) can swanson® seasoned chicken broth with roasted garlic |
Directions:
1. Place potatoes in 3 quart shallow baking dish. Pour broth over potatoes. Cover. 2. Bake at 400 degrees F for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes or until tender. |
