Crunchy sidedish for breakfast! Ingredients:
2 yukon gold potatoes |
2 ounces butter |
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder |
1/2 tablespoon dried oregano |
salt and black pepper |
Directions:
1. Peel and dice potatoes. 2. Melt butter in saute pan. 3. Add potatoes and cook until outside turns brown. 4. Add garlic powder, dried oregano, salt and pepper. 5. Place pan in a preheated 350 F oven for twenty minutes. 6. Serve. |
