Roasted Garlic Marinade

This is a copycat recipe that I got off the internet. Great for basting chicken, steaks or pork
Ingredients:
1 cup garlic clove, whole
1 cup soy sauce
2 ounces chipotle peppers
1 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
Directions:
1. Roast garlic at 350°F for 8 - 10 minutes or until just beginning to brown.
2. Place in blender with chipotle peppers, soy sauce and pepper. Blend on high until pureed and smooth.
3. With motor running, slowly add oil until smooth and well incorporated.
