Easy hummus. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained, liquid reserved |
2 tablespoons roasted garlic |
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |
Directions:
1. Process all ingredients in food processor until reaches desired consistency. If too thick, add oil or reserved bean liquid 1/2 tsp at a time. |
