Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds fingerling potatoes |
4 tablespoons olive oil |
8 garlic cloves, sliced |
1 tablespoon freshly chopped italian parsley leaves |
salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In a casserole dish, mix together the potatoes, oil, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. |
