no yolk aioli, tofu based Ingredients:
60 g roasted garlic |
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil |
3/4 lb firm tofu, drained |
2 t lemon juice |
2 t dijon mustard |
1 t brown rice syrup |
1/8 tsp cayenne |
1/8 tsp salt |
1/8 tsp black pepper |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender on high until the tofu has completely integrated into the sauce. |
