I like this with celery sticks. You can use crackers if you want, but I try to stay low carb. If it seems really easy, it is. No fussing with tons of ingredients. You can make this up really fast if friends drop over unexpectedly. Ingredients:
1 whole head of garlic, roasted |
8 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened |
Directions:
1. Squeeze cloves of roasted garlic out and place it in a food processor with the softened cheese. 2. Pulse until smooth and creamy. |
