Nice combination of earthy flavors. Really works for the start of tail-gate season. Ingredients:
1/2 cup crushed pretzels |
1 pound philly cream cheese, softened |
1 tea. lemon juice |
2 large eggs |
1 packet roasted garlic & wild mushroom blend |
1 cup smoked swiss cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325^. 2. Spray 6 spring-pan with cooking spray. 3. Swirl pretzel crumb to evenly coat sides and bottom. 4. Set in fridge. 5. Blend cream cheese and lemon juice until smooth. 6. Add eggs one at a time. 7. Add spice packet and mix thoroughly. 8. Fold in swiss cheese. 9. Pour into prepared pan. 10. Bake at 325^ for 45-55 minutes. 11. Let cool and serve at room temp. |
