Roasted Fingerling Potatoes |

These are so tender and yummy and crispy and salty and creamy. You will have to make these over and over!! Ingredients:
1 pre-packaged bag of fingerling potatoes |
salt to taste |
1/4 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1-2 teaspoons of ranch powder (hidden valley) |
fresh ground pepper |
2 teaspoons dried chives or 2 fresh green onions |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. pre heat oven to 450 degrees. 2. Boil the potatoes in salted water in an oven safe pot, till fork tender. 3. Drain potatoes and place back into pot. 4. mix all ingredients and toss till covered completely and place into oven for 10 to 15 minutes till the skin is crispy, enjoy :) 5. These are just so yummy!! |
