This recipe for potatoes will go with most any type of meat.... this is quick and easy to make... really a good side... Ingredients:
2 pounds small red potatoes, thinly sliced |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
2 tablespoons fresh dill, sniped |
1 1/4 teaspoons salt |
1/4 teaspoons pepper |
Directions:
1. Place the potatoes in a 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan coated with cooking spray. 2. Drizzle with oil. 3. Sprinkle with garlic, dill, salt and pepper. 4. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. 5. Stir every ten minutes until done. |
