Ingredients:
6 cups cauliflower florets (about 1 medium head) |
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon madras curry powder |
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 475°. 2. Combine all ingredients on a jelly-roll pan; toss well to coat. Bake at 475° for 18 minutes or until browned and crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. |
