Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups diced (1/2 in.) firm-ripe peeled bosc pears |
2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries |
3/4 cup light brown sugar |
1 cinnamon stick |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a medium bowl, mix pears, cranberries, sugar, cinnamon stick, and 1/4 cup water. Transfer to a rimmed baking sheet and roast, stirring occasionally, until the berries have popped and the juices have thickened, about 40 minutes. Chill until cool, covered. 2. Note: Nutritional analysis is per 2-tbsp. serving. |
