Roasted Chicken, Cheddar and Bacon Tacos |

2 cups diced roasted chicken, warmed |
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt |
8 flour tortillas, skillet-warmed (6-8 inch diameter) |
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped |
2 cups shredded lettuce |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup plain yogurt |
1 lime, juice of |
Directions:
1. Mexican White Sauce: in a small bowl, combine mayo, yogurt, and lime juice; cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or for up to 24 hours. 2. Tacos: in a large bowl, combine warm chicken and salt. 3. To build tacos, divide chicken evenly among tortillas. 4. Top with cheese, bacon, and lettuce. 5. Drizzle with Mexican White Sauce; fold tortillas in half. |
