Roasted Cauliflower & Garlic |

My sister & I got this dish last week from a local gourmet market's counter. It was good but a bit too oily for our tastes. I tried it at home, with control over the oil this is just right! Ingredients:
1/2 head cauliflower, broken/cut into floret pieces |
6 cloves garlic, peeled |
olive oil to drizzle |
sea salt & black pepper (freshly ground), to taste |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400F. 2. Arrange cauliflower pieces and garlic on a baking sheet or glass pan. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Place in oven for 15 minutes. Remove and flip. Place back in oven for another 15 minutes. Enjoy! |
