One of my favorite ways of preparing cauliflower. Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower, broken into florets |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crumbled |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. 2. In jellyroll pan, toss cauliflower with oil and seasonings. 3. Roast in middle of oven for 12 to 15 minutes, until browned in spots and tender. |
