Prep: 2 minutes; Cook: 8 minutes. Buy a package of cauliflower florets instead of a head of cauliflower. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil |
3 cups cauliflower florets |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°. 2. Combine oil and cauliflower in a large bowl, tossing well. 3. Arrange cauliflower in 1 layer on a jelly roll pan. Bake at 425° for 8 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring once. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. |
