Easy to prepare...the result is really great flavour for mimimal effort...you get a lot of bang for you buck with this one... also really healthy! Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower-cut into large florets |
extra virgin olive oil |
salt *i use kosher salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 2. Toss cauliflower in a bowl with oil and salt 3. Spread veggies on a large shallow baking pan (1 inch deep) and roast in the middle of the oven for 25-35 minutes, turning once or twice as neccessary. 4. Enjoy! |
