For those of you that dislike cauliflower, don't turn your nose up just yet. Roasted florets of cauliflower turn into creamy bits of goodness with a flavorful, crispy layer where the cauliflower meets the pan. I find they are reminiscent to french fries (without the guilt). Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower |
olive oil |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400 F. 2. Rinse the cauliflower and separate it into florets. Place it on a baking pan. 3. Drizzle the florets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 4. Roast the cauliflower for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden. 5. Enjoy! |
