The longer you roast it, the sweeter the taste! Ingredients:
1 head, medium cauliflower |
2 tbsp olive oil |
Directions:
1. Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces. Add them to a large ziplock bag with the oil. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder or other seasonings to taste. 2. Roast at 425F for 40 minutes or to the desired softness. |
