Easy and yummy way to prepare cauliflower Ingredients:
1 medium cauliflower, leaves removed |
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. 2. Cut the cauliflower in half,then each half into 6 wedges. 3. Lay cauliflower wedges on a baking sheet. 4. Lightly brush both sides of the wedges with oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. 5. Roast until the sides that touch the pan and the edges are golden brown, about 20 minutes. |
