I saw this recipe cooked by the Surreal Gourmet on a Saturday morning television show. I was intrigued as I tend to find cauliflower a bit bland. This recipe results in a wonderfully sweet cauliflower that appeals to people who even hate cauliflower! Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower |
olive oil |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450°F. 2. Remove stems and leaves from cauliflower. 3. Rinse cauliflower and pat dry. 4. Place cauliflower in a bowl. 5. Drizzle with a generous amount of olive oil. 6. Add salt and pepper to taste. 7. Toss to coat evenly. 8. Place coated cauliflower on baking sheet. 9. Bake for one hour, turning every twenty minutes to ensure even browning. |
