Roasted Carrots And Radishes |

Never had a roasted radish? You must try this!! Carrots compliment the flavor well- and I don’t really care for radishes raw. Ingredients:
1 cup of radishes |
1 cup of baby carrots (or large carrots- peeled and cut in 1 inch chunks) |
2 tbs olive oil |
garlic salt and lemon pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Wash carrots and radishes. 3. Trim ends off radishes and slice in half or quarter, depending on size. 4. Place carrots and radishes on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. 5. Sprinkle with garlic salt and lemon pepper and toss to coat. 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until tender. |
