Delicious and a nice change from boiled or raw carrots. Ingredients:
4 cups carrots, cut in half |
1 tbs olive oil |
1/4 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp pepper |
Directions:
1. Cut the carrots in half lengthwise, then in 4 to 6 lengths 2. Toss with the olive oil until coated 3. Toss with the salt and pepper 4. Roast at 350 f for 30 minutes, or until the carrots are cooked and begining to turn golden on the edges. |
