Easy Everyday Low Carb Ingredients:
6 medium carrots |
3 teaspoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (dill or basil) |
salt |
Directions:
1. Peel carrots. Cut into strips 3 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. 2. In a large bowl combine carrots, olive oil and herbs. 3. In a baking pan, spread carrots in a single layer. 4. Roast, uncovered, in a 475* oven for 10 minutes, or until just tender. 5. Sprinkle with salt. |
