Side dish Ingredients:
4 cups butternut squash, peeled and cubed |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, ground |
Directions:
1. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Layer the squash in a single layer on the baking sheet; sprinkle with all of the seasonings. Coat the squash with cooking spray. Bake at 400ยบ for 10 minutes, turn with a spatula. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until squash is soft and slightly browned. |
