2 cups unsalted mixed shelled nuts |
1 tablespoon peanut oil or 1 tablespoon melted butter |
salt & freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. 2. Toss the nuts in a bowl, with the above ingredients. 3. Place on baking sheet and roast, shaking occasionally, until lightly browned, about 10 minutes. 4. Cool before serving. |
