Roasted Brussels Sprouts With Kielbasa |

I had this wonderful dish at a church potluck and just had to have the recipe. My family also loves this and I now have to at least double it when I make it for them. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do. It is so easy to prepare. Ingredients:
1 lb brussels sprout, cut in half lengthwise |
1 -2 cup red onion, cut into wedges |
8 ounces kielbasa, cut in 1/4 in pieces |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
salt and pepper |
1 dash garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450. 2. Mix the sprouts, onions and kielbasa in a large bowl with the oil, salt, pepper, and sprinkle of garlic powder. 3. Spread a single layer in a roasting pan and roast 20 to 30 minutes or until sprouts are tender. Stir every 10 minutes. |
