Roasted Brussels Sprouts With Grapes |

From Real Simple Nov. 2010 Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs brussels sprouts, trimmed & halved |
1 lb red grapes |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
2 cloves garlic, sliced |
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leave |
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375°F 2. On a large, rimmed baking sheet, toss the sprouts and grapes with the oil, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. 3. Turn the sprouts cut-side down and roast until golden brown and tender, 20-25 minutes. |
