Ingredients:
1pound seedless grapes |
2 cloves garlic |
1 1/2 pound(s) brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved |
1 tablespoon(s) fresh thyme leaves |
kosher salt and pepper |
3 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375. On large rimmed baking sheet, toss brussels sprouts and grapes with olive oil, garlic, thyme, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper. 2. Turn the brussels sprouts cut side down and roast until golden brown, 20-25 minutes. |
