Ingredients:
1 pound brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°. 2. Combine Brussels sprouts, oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet; toss to coat. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until browned and tender. Remove from oven; toss with rind. |
