Roasted Brussels sprouts with lemon juice Ingredients:
1 lb. brussels sprouts |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 lemon, juiced |
salt |
black pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees 2. Trim and clean Brussels sprouts. 3. In a large roasting pan, combine Brussels sprouts and olive oil. 4. Cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through and browned. 5. Remove from oven and stir in lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. |
