Roasted Brussels Sprouts

This is the best way to cook sprouts or any other veggies. I use this same reccipe for broccoli, asperagus and cauliflower. Gives a great nutty flavor.
Ingredients:
1 pint brussels sprout
2 teaspoons crushed garlic cloves
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (more if you like it hot)
salt and pepper
2 -3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Toss all ingred. in a big bowl. Lay a piece of foil on a cookie sheet. Put sprouts on foil in single layer. Roast in oven 30 minutes or until starting to brown. Asperagus made like this takes less time.
